Delivery & Returns

Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday - Friday). Orders are sent using Royal Mail and should fit through a standard letter box.

       UK - £0.99 P&P
       Royal mail within 2-5 working days*

       Europe - £1.49 P&P
       Standard international mail within 5-10 working days*

        US & Rest of World - £1.99 P&P
        Standard international mail within 15 working days*

*Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and English bank holidays.

Unfortunately due to numerous difficulties with the African postal system we are no longer shipping to South Africa. Should you wish to place an order please contact our SA distributor Linee on info@shoesizers.co.za who will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Any delivery time-scales quoted above are indicative only; we cannot accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. In addition to this, we cannot investigate lost orders with Royal Mail until 15 working days from the due date of delivery have past.



Returns & Refund Policy


We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@shoesizers.com so that we can help resolve any problems.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund, exchange or replacement. Goods must be returned (at your own expense) within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. In this instance please send us a notice of your return by emailing info@shoesizers.com with your name, address and the reason(s) for the return. Please return goods to us via Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund, exchange or replacement in the unlikely event your return is lost in transit. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card or bank statement.

Wish To Cancel Your Order?
After dispatch you may still cancel your order as long as you do so within 7 workings days from the date of receiving your order. In this instance please send us a notice of cancellation by emailing info@shoesizers.com with your name, address and order number. Please return goods to us via Royal Mail and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Without proof of postage we may not be able to process your refund in the unlikely event your return is lost in transit.


Received An Incorrect Or Faulty Item?

If you suspect that the goods you have received are not what you have ordered, please email info@shoesizers.com within 24 hours with your name, address, order number, details of the product(s) received and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your refund or replacement.

**All goods will be checked on receipt. For quality and hygiene purposes we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any used goods.
